About me
I believe ultimately, we are our own healers. Chiron in Greek Mythology was a centaur of high prominence (compared to the other vicious centaurs).
Although he bore a mortal wound, he was a great healer. And Carl Jung speaks of the wounded healer archetype where through our own wounds, we are given the keys to our ultimate healing.
My training and studies began at home with my yoga practice that I used during my teen years to present. My practice allowed me to begin to combat my depression and find a more peaceful state of mind.
In University I ventured into the realm of Psychology and Philosophy and branched out into Life Skills Coaching.
Dance has always helped instill profound levels of joy and satisfaction which has assisted in my full recovery from panic disorder from teen years. I have completed teacher training in Level One Pole Dance and I have my 200hr Yoga Teacher training Certification with a foundation in Karma Yoga (Action Yoga).
I have my Non Violent Crisis Intervention Training also and do recommend it as a course that many could benefit from taking. I am also a certified addictions counselor which can come in useful for addressing unhealthy and unfruitful attachments that may be hindering one’s greatness.
I recently completed my Early Childhood Educator Certification and I am an art enthusiast!
Through my own personal explorations I have found great results with Breathwork and Somatic therapy which we can explore together too.
There are so many tools for us to tap into that can assist with leveling up and aligning properly to our unique and personal design. For the past 8 years a key Guide in my spiritual and physical growth has been Astrology.
Astrology has been a wonderful way to refine my self discovery process and an enriching technology to study.
Most recent to add to my interest is Human Design which has been profoundly beneficial these past two years for myself personally.
To sum up what I offer.
I offer facilitation to begin to interact and create your world how you wish to be in it, which through extension can blossom out and change your world in fun and surprising ways.
Through keen insight and Intuition I can share what may be blind spots and become a clear mirror for you.
I can share personal areas of yours that are un-utilized and ready to be seen and practiced as the pure gifts they are.

Intuitive Counseling sessions are good options if you don’t know where to start but feel the internal stirrings to begin inner work together.
$100/1 HR
Personal Training Sessions
Prerequisite is an intuitive counselling session so I can more fully assist with your goals in the most beneficial way.
So many people reach their goals to lose their gains so this way we can assure we know what hurdles may pop up as challenges and develop proper strategy for dealing with such.
$80.00 bi weekly sessions and complementary check in with assessment.

Art Therapy

Adult Sessions
We can have a session that feels like play!
Or whatever it is that needs to be felt as I facilitate your journey with expressing your creative core and inner child.
Besides making art, Elements of Somatic therapy and guided meditation are part of our tools to use also. I have materials, but if you would like to bring your own, you are more than welcome. All works of art are yours to take home, they may need to stay overnight and dry depending on the medium used though.
$100/1 hour
Children’s Art Classes and Child Care Available
Would you like your child to have some fun making arts and crafts while you have some free time for yourself? I am a certified Early Childhood Educator and can provide materials for your young one to make their own unique piece of art!
I accept ages 4 and up and no more than two children at a time.
Cost is $30.00 for an hour per child.
Snack/Meal can be included for an extra fee of $5-10.00, per child provided we discuss dietary requirements.
